Patrick's surgery

Patrick

If you've been following along on our special foster snoot Patrick you'll remember he had a freak accident last month while playing in the backyard.

This accident resulted in a broken bone around his carpal joint, which connects to his achilles. Patrick required urgent surgery to rectify this.

On 18th September Patrick's surgery took place while we all held our breath.

We've kept his journey a little under wraps until we could confidently say he's on the road to recovery. We're so happy to share the news that Patrick pulled through, all the while wearing a huge smile on his face - have you ever seen a happier patient?

We can't express our gratitude enough for your well wishes and the generous support that has poured in for Patrick. Running a rescue takes a village, and our community rallied together for Patrick.

A shoutout to the very special person behind Dingos Mate and Tildy Toots Treats who reached out to us and generously covered Patrick's surgery expenses. We will forever be greyt for this person's incredible kindness.

For those who contributed to Patrick's operation, please know that his recovery journey will be ongoing, and rehabilitation expenses will be substantial. However, we're taking it one step at a time, and your support means the world to Patrick.
